Kyrie Irving Made NBA History In Mavs-Celtics Game
On Friday evening, the Dallas Mavericks are playing the Boston Celtics in Massachusetts.
During the game, Kyrie Irving made NBA history by moving ahead of Kemba Walker (1,670) for sole possession of 34th on the all-time three-pointers list.
Following Walker, the next player for Irving to pass will be Hall of Famer Steve Nash (1,685)
The Mavs are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 34-25 record in 59 games.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Toronto Raptors by a score of 136-125.
Irving was the first pick in the 2011 NBA Draft out of Duke and is in his 12th season in the league.
He has also spent time with the Brooklyn Nets, Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers
